Why UniFlow

We care a lot about privacy by default, honest pricing, and accuracy over flash. We don't ship demos — we ship the thing. If you like small teams, meaningful scope, and a roadmap you can influence, you'll probably like it here.

How we work

Remote-first, async-by-default

We overlap two to three hours each weekday between Europe and Asia. Nothing blocks on a meeting that could be a threaded message.

Ship weekly

The product ships on a weekly cadence. We prefer small, reversible changes over big, contentious ones.

One person, one scope

Every hire owns their area end-to-end — plan, execute, measure. No 'throw it over the wall.'

Meaningful stock

Early employees get meaningful equity. We're not trying to sell the company — we're trying to build one.

    Own top-of-funnel end-to-end: paid, SEO, lifecycle, partnerships. Ship experiments weekly, read the data, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does.

    Be the voice of the product for the people who use it. Discord, support queues, release notes, user interviews — close the loop between power users and the roadmap.

    Launch UniFlow in non-English markets. Localize copy, stand up regional channels, own launch partners, and brief the team weekly on what the local buyer actually wants.
