At /app/account, click Export my data. A JSON file downloads containing your profile, balance and adjustment history, usage log, order history, and settings.
For audio and transcript files, use File → Export in the desktop app. You'll get a ZIP with .webm audio, the JSON transcript, and any notes attached.
