From the Home tab, click the large green button. Choose your source language (what people will speak) and target language (what you want to read).
Pick the audio source: your Mac's microphone, the system output (so you can capture Zoom/Teams), or both combined.
Recording starts. Speak or play a meeting — transcripts appear in both languages within ~400 ms. When done, click Stop. Your recording is saved locally; nothing is uploaded.
