Email support@uniflowtrans.com with your order number (visible at /app/billing). Within 14 days of purchase, an unused hour pack is refunded in full; a partially used pack is refunded prorated on the remaining minutes.
Subscriptions can be canceled any time at /app/billing — cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep your minutes through the end of the current cycle. We generally don't refund a cycle already started, but if the reason is a billing mistake or a service-side issue, we'll make it right — just write to us.
