Legal
Legal interviews & compliance
Deposition prep, partner interviews, regulated HR cases. Audio never leaves the device, and everything is auditable.
What breaks today
- Compliance forbids uploading client audio to SaaS transcription
- Licensed human interpreters are $200/hour and need scheduling lead time
- 'Approved' tools cost $40/user/month and still don't handle code-switching
What UniFlow does
Audio stays in the app's local storage. Only transcript text is sent to Deepgram over an encrypted connection (the audio stream goes direct; it's not stored on our end). Your IT can whitelist the exact endpoints.
Recommended setup
- Source / target: case-dependent
- Input: external mic (quality matters in depositions)
- Dictionary: names in case, legal citations, exhibit labels
- Export: ZIP archived to the firm's document management system
From a real user“My audio never leaves my laptop. That alone is why legal signed off on using it for partner interviews.”
